A powerful, evolving improvisation format where a musical “chain” unfolds organically — each player responding to and building on what came before.

1 Additional Instrument (Sax, Trumpet, Percussion, etc.)
⚡ How It Works
All musicians are assigned a number (this determines the playing order).
The order, key, and available chords are written on a whiteboard opposite the stage.
Number 1 begins alone with a simple idea for 20 seconds — leave space.
Every 20 seconds, the next musician joins, layering something that complements what’s already happening.
Once everyone is in, the full band improvises for 5 minutes, letting the groove grow naturally.
No on-stage planning — just deep listening and real-time response.
Timer ends. Lineup rotates. A new chain begins.
It’s raw. It’s collaborative. It’s electric.
No auditions.
No pressure.
Just music.
